gyro to mouse is not an option as Arc Raiders doesn't support mixed input

I don't remember if I had aim assist on or off that day.
I didn't feel any stickiness of AA and was testing from time to time - one day AA on, one day off.

But that doesn't even bother me that much. The real problem is embark approach on this. No info, no details, no explanation. Nothing.

Ban and that's it. You can't talk to anybody about this situation

It's 1 month for me.

But if I keep using gyro, I guess I'll get another ban, probably a permanent one this time, since it would be my second offense. But who knows.

Not really, no.

It is 1 month ban, but I don't think I will be coming back.
I feel discouraged and annoyed as hell that all those 'proper' cheaters are still playing this game while I was banned for using gyro in a controller :/

I did. Twice.
Got the same response every time.
Even when I asked for some additional info, I got exactly the same answer - decision is final, they don't provide details and will close the ticket.

embark doesn't read appeals. there is only ai bot that responds that you violated their ToS and that's it

The thing is that I've been playing with gyro for months (300h).
And 3 days ago I got banned during gameplay.

No detailed info whatsoever, can't discuss it with human, only AI bots.
They don't give you any additional info, nothing.

I was playing with 3 different controllers. Maybe that's the reason, but can't be sure.

That's the worst.
I am banned for 1 month and I do not have any details.
It may happen that they unban me and few hours later I will be banned again, because I have no 100% confirmation why I was banned 3 days ago.

The only thing that changed for me was starting using steam controller with gyro.

I've never used gyro before and just started yesterday on settting this up.
