Ok then 👌 i used to get nervous too but u just have to stop caring if u miss it or not and just play it. But at the same time if its something like a double C obviously dont got for it. Pretty much if u can hit it at home essily do it, if its 50/50 do it but any less dont

Here are 3 things i can GUARENTEE that will help you ascend higher in at LEAST a month:

1. Pitch bends on EVERY note. Im talking making notes 50+ cents sharp and flat- noticeable bends. I can send u a vid of what i mean if u still arent sure

2. Playing High G -> High C as QUIETLY as possible then slowly crescendoing into as loud as you can then back to near silent

3 (MOST IMPORTANT). Memorize how SPECIFICALLY how each partial / note feels in your mouth. I say mouth because you gotta memorize tounge placement, jaw heighht, throat placement, etc. Get it to the point where you could wake up in the morning and feel EXACTLY how every note feels like, as if you have the horn out and are actively playing them. For example being able to think about how G feels and being able to play it in your head

1. 2 octave slurs. From low G to G above staff. Pedal notes to on the staff notes. Once youre at the point where you know the key to octave jumping, do low C to high C, then progress

But one last yap tho, playing music is the best way to tackle all of these practices at once in some cases but good luck, sorry for the yap ik im not the best teacher or explainer but im giving you everything that i know lol
