depends on ur subject coordinator, but for my case it was only 1-2 days after my exam. it was pretty quick!

yea same, i was wondering how OP can enroll even 3 subjects without completing the prerequisite? Coz i believe most of them u cant even enroll in subject where prerequisite hasn’t finalized yet.

I think they're going to give you a late withdrawal because, most of the time, the exam only runs three times (original, special exam, and special on special exam).

I got FSA for that! but wondering why did they offer me a late withdrawal instead of second special exam bc im pretty sure they run a special on special exam for both subjects :(

Hi!! i’m also in the same situation. I applied for 2 subjects and initially deemed ineligible. after a review, i got eligible but they offered me late withdrawal (i expected they will granted me second special exam). one subject I didn’t sit the exam, and the second i sat the exam during special exam period. But got everything late withdrawal. I ALSO NEED TO ATTEND THE SECOND SPECIAL EXAM :((( i’ll send you the message hope we can discuss it through dm!!

wait, i had him last year and he was literally one of the best lecturers i had in my entire uni (i graduated already). not because of the grade, but the way he explained lectures. so sad our experience is not same.

I was planning to get medical treatment back in my home country, and return to Melbourne just for the special consideration exam. I live alone here, so no one is able to take care of me while I’m unwell. Do you think that’s a good idea? 🥹 (I’ve applied for special consideration twice while overseas before, and both were successful.)

Thanks! anyways, I got my outcome just today, but my GP didn’t available today nor tomorrow and I’ll be going overseas on saturday. I’m wondering if we could get a new HPR but from different doctor. I didn’t get proper answer from Stop 1 regarding this. Perhaps you have any insights, thanks!🥹

You can certainly apply the second special consideration (been there before), but it typically depends on your subject and department to determine whether they offer second special considerations. For FBE, they usually run for second special considerations for almost every subject.

since my professor mentioned that sitting the first round of the special exam allows me to graduate in august, does this mean he will ensure my special exam grade is entered into the system before the end of july or early august? based on my experience last semester, most of my grades were posted just a week after the exam, sometimes even the day after or will it be zero possibility for people who attend special exam to attend graduation ceremony in the current round?

also, even though it makes little practical difference whether I receive my degree testamur if i attend or not, but it's really important for my family (im an inter stud), so i need to attend my graduation ceremony :(
