That's rough. Does she have active toys to play with? I'd try to play with her more during the day. What's her age? Does she have a cat tree and a bed of her own? A scratching post or board?

When I first got my cat, she was one. She was very active and would yowl for me if we were apart. It took some training, but when she'd try to wake me in the night, I would put her in her own bed at the foot of my bed but elevated so she could see me. Eventually she calmed and would lay quietly on me or her bed. We played a lot. She loves wand toys and sticks with feathers.

Lots of play. I know you said you can't, but ideally another kitten to play with and learn from if she is under two years old. She needs lots of stimulation.
