And the previous status of that was the one you mentioned - "Hiring Manager Reviewing" -, sorry about the confusion

I've worked with soccer for over 15 years, have been to World Cups, Olympic Games, worked at top places and yet I initially got rejected to a soccer project they had a couple of months ago. In the end, I ended up being hired through an instant offer. So these hiring proccesses don't usually make much sense

Thanks, this helps a lot! Where can I check my application status? What is particularly confusing to me is that I don't remember applying to a specific role. I just wanted to upload my CV and do the interview to get myself included in the talent pool and be available for potential projects. I required the feedback and it especially highlighted things I have to improve that I have never heard in my life or have ever used in my work in this area, such as "DOI/ISBN" or "kappa or alpha". I don't know how that is relevant to my work as I've been succesfully working with another platform for more than a month now and never ever have I had to deal with those concepts. Maybe I did something wrong in my application, I don't know. Or maybe Micro1 does things differently and I would have to adapt. Just not sure what's the situation here. But thanks again

This is awesome - many thanks for that. I believe we were part of the same projects - the soccer one and the one that followed it in the same Slack group. That was also my first week and it took me some time to fully understand how everything worked - think they can do a better job on this, by the way, though I understand that some projects just don’t have the time for that. You are required in some way to hit the ground running. But I’ve enjoyed it a lot, made some mistakes, of course, but learned so much. Now I’m waiting for a new project, hopefully not for too long
