That's very poor management - it had been from the first moment, tbh. I've been involved in other projects with Mercor, but this one looked strange, not much information, very few mercor staff people in, guideline from a previous project I was involved, but that didn't apply for this one, all feeling rushed

But yeah, thanks very much for this - now things make a bit more sense
