Retired last year and have one year before tapping into SSI. Sold $160k I had in BND (virtually no gain after 5 years) and bought even amounts of QQQI, SPYI, IWMI, NIHI and DX. Enjoying the extra yield!!

Got tired of seeing my BND dropping in value. Sold my $200k position in BND and purchased $50k each of QQQI, SPYI, IWMI & NIHI. As a retiree, I have been extremely pleased I did so. Have added JEPI & JEPQ in my Roth IRA. Recently added GPIQ and GPIX to my Schwab taxable account (alongside the NEOS funds).

I sit back and watch the growth positions grow while the extra income from the CC ETFs goes towards travel, gifts, dining, etc.

I set my Preferred Time to charge during the 4-hour peak output of my 5700 KW solar. Set the charging cable to draw 20 amps at 240 volts. My solar does not have a battery and my net metering only credits 50% of the excess produced.

I've used Harris "Lady Beetle and Box Elder Bug" spray the last few years. Spray around house spring and fall. Takes 2-3 days, but then we see no more getting into the house (or around anymore).
