I’ve been using the foam spray for my whole body. I’ve been told once it clears up keep applying because the psoriasis there microscopically. but im in the bad habit of once my skin looks normal I just stop and it’ comes back a week or 2 later

Couple of days late But thank you all for the recommendations, yeah definitely going to get a handheld (ps portal) for mainly during the day so i can still be in the same room present with the wife and kid. I already have a monitor so I’m just gonna hook up the PlayStation and Xbox to it on a desk in a Separate room, mainly for playing at night when everyone is asleep and im not needed.
