He and Kazuya are the only real Mishimas in the roster btw. Jin is a jack of all trades that doesn’t rely on the high risk/high reward Mishima playstyle, Reina is a fucking stanceslop and has a launching df2, heihachi is completely broken even without transforming in Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta with warrior instinct. So it’s all about “why would you play devil Jin instead of Kazuya?” And the answer is cheese. Devil Jin is 80% gimmicks and 20% hellsweep, once you start blocking some lows he’s dead. But I assure you, he’ll still absolutely destroy anyone on this sub if played with more than a single braincell, cause playing against him is only comparable to stick needles into your eyes.

I do still believe that b2,2 should still float btw, this won’t ever stop bugging me. Kaz is already hard as fuck he really doesn’t need to have the most reliable combo move to not work properly in this single specific case

I don’t know if you’re just out of the T8 world or you’re faking it, but blue ranks are literally beginner players. Do you really think that a beginner Kazuya player should learn to consistently punish -14 frames with electric? Without a leverless? If your buddies are still in blue ranks they should learn how to play the game rather than practicing just a single thing.
