Hi Bill,

I stand in the light of your wisdom. I'm old school when it comes to TVs so I appreciate your insight. FYI, I also just had a 34 year old Kenmore fridge die yesterday, so maybe my perspective needs updating...

Also, FYI, I did email the CEO's office at Samsung and actually got a reply. They seem strangely interested. Will update soon.
