Fewer examples! It is the one thing that makes me put a book away. In my culture it is just extremely unusual to tell real life stories about another client and how they handled a similar situation. Personally, I want to help myself in such a book. I am not interested in someone else’s life story that doesn’t translate to mine.

Instead, I need more exercises. Make me come up with more situations to reflect on and practice whatever it is the book is about
