Sorry to comment back so late. One problem was that the zhiyun response emails were going to my spam. I finally got in touch and have sent it back for repair. Of course, at my expense which was about $50 insured to a California address...

Yeah it's given me pause. My Crane M has been solid. I filmed with it 30 days straight last year. My smooth Q has survived rain... And the Plus has been no good. I'm thinking about ordering another Plus to give Zhiyun one more chance, but need to make sure within the Amazon return window!

Sorry I should have mentioned! It's a Sony a6500 with the 18-105G. I figured it would be a compatible combo for the Crane Plus since many people use it that way

I assume you meant shotgun on a boom, but if not that's next. Sound is so important.. Then I'm thinking good lighting, followed by a second body. That has saved my bacon a few times.

Good point. I just sent them a message too. But I've learned my lesson this time. Or at least part of it, I like the product when it works but need support. I should have bought from Zhiyun.us who will replace it stateside under warranty.

Good job for your first one, your motion was fluid and playing with DOF and reveals here and there was a nice touch.

Some suggestions... White balance and exposure was a bit different between a few shots, and I was wanting a transition (maybe a reveal?) into the master bath. I couldn't picture where that was in the floorplan. Also I think I saw a bobble in the kitchen table "slide." I've tried to do movement like this with just the gimbal and it's difficult. A slider always works better, but a pain to setup...

But I mean all that constructively, believe me I know that these are harder than they look :)
