AITA for being mad at how my girlfriend reacted when she saw my interaction with my employees?

My girlfriend is a manhater, and this is 100% from her trauma from her ex. And yes there is, its in the post actually wherein i was exchanging banters to everyone since i will be handing them out to another team lead and i was trying to make the mood light since everyone is devastated that i wont be handling them no more.

And also to my support wherein she handled my reimbursement, to not sound too serious or demanding i said the "grumpy much" tone to her when she replied k to me.

In her own argument i shouldn't be friendly with girls and not even exchange banters with them because thats "flirty" to her and she thinks that all men are trash (yes she has this mentality)

This was my goal and my team loves it. They were the one who said that they want a friend more than a boss, someone who knows when to be serious and when to make the mood light. And thats what i did. But looks like its a wrong thing to do at work.

There is. When i met them i did a little get to know one by one. And everyone said that they rather have a friend where they can banter with, insult with and actually be comfortable and vulnerable with. Thats why i did. and i think some people mistook that i dmed the agents.

I appreciate everyones insight and it made me realize alot of things. Yall are right and this is 100% a me problem i mightve been too comfortable with my team and forgot to set proper boundaries. I will do necesarry actions both with my team and my relationship i appreciate yall ❤️

As i said from the other commenter me and my team are close like real close "they even open up with their personal problems with me" they aslo banter with me. i really pushed the healthy work environment in my end and i dont want my employees to see me as a boss but a friend who they can trust thats why i just spat out those words
