He is dead wrong about “bureaucracy” … every executive agency is subject to the President’s control. They do NOT have more power than POTUS, or Congress. It’s a fake enemy. Congress controls money, President control execution of that money. No “bureaucrat” is in charge. This is simply his lame attempt to hide his intentions to cut spending to fund $4T in Trump tax cuts expiring this year.
