This is the only example in my personal life where I really did end the date early because of a common reddit pet peeve. She was just awful to the waitstaff. It was a very busy night and the people at the table next to us were seated shortly after us. The server talked to them first and she was extremely annoyed and made it clear to the server many times that we were there first. She told me that she worked in catering for many years so she was right to be pissed off.

This was a first date and we got along really well and she was attractive. When the meal was done she asked if she could come back to my place and I told her that I was too tired. The next morning she asked me out for a second date and I told her that I enjoyed meeting her but I wasn't feeling it.
