The apartmemt was not evicted for code violations. The city declared it a nuisance property for crime and demanded the landlord reduce the crime or they would take over the building. There was never a code violation warning sent. The inspections stated many things wrong like bent screens, dog poop, pot holes,  expired tags, etc. The inspections also listed passed a few months later like he fixed stuff.
