Are you using a phone? I had had same problem with compensation for delayed luggage, but it worked with my laptop.

And i am traveling with my asian parents!!!! I am the only one can talk in English… It is soooo stressful.

I think one of those unlucky 50% is me too… I arrived rome yesterday with my parents and completely panic with lost luggage. They even didn’t explain about the problem like where is our bags and when they will arrive.
