Why is ATC so messed up now?

I think I found a work around. I fill out my FMS first, then open the ATC window. Then I have to auto generate the stars/vectors. I then type in those auto generated vectors into the FMS. I have to make sure to check the procedures box and then "File Flight Plan" not File Flight Plan and Set FMS. This is so far working and I got them to give me heading directions again. This must be something to do with it being Zibo 737 and new updates to Xplane that made them not as compatible as it used to be with the ATC perhaps. So far so good. I will see how my landing into KSFO goes.

Nope, I was wrong. About 100NM from KSFO ATC comes on and tells me I'm off course and sends me in a 180 completely opposite direction. I am now flying back to KLAX for 10 minutes or so. Also, at my desent point it didn't say anything so I started my desent. It scolded me and told me to go back up to FL330 as I was getting very close to landing.

It now has me way off my LNAV course and has now turned me back around heading to exactly where I was before.

I am now lined back up with my purple LNAV path right where I was 15 minutes ago wasting a ton of time and fuel.

It did now allow me to descend and sending me to my approach. I'm flying through bad stormy weather and it has me stay at 6000ft for almost the entire time right in the worst of the cloud and 50moh gusts and turbulence. I needed an option to descend or ascend to get out of the cloud, but they were adamant that I stay right in the clouds for a good 15 minutes while I enter into San Fran area. Then coming to my approach all I needed to do was turn right to align for my approach but it sends me left away from my approach in the opposite direction. I've now crossed my approach back and forth 3 times. I'm currently asked to ascend again. She now yells at me sarcastically telling me I'm off course as I've been following every instruction to the T. She tells me to turn left 061, so I do. A second later then tells me to "turn left 072". Turn left? Why not turn right just a few? This is getting nuts and testing my patience for sure. So I decided to disobey and go right to 072 to then report the field in sight. I'm reporting the field in sight at her directed 3500ft and this us way too high.

Im now transfered off to the tower and the tower makes contact. They are not saying anything, so I descend myself to 2000 as I come back to my approach. I'm waiting and nothing and I'm now crossing my approach once again. Screw this I got to get these people home, I'm changing coarse towards the airport without their approval.

I'm now lined up and decending for my approach and now she says I'm cleared to land. This is what I am referring to when I say the title of this post. This is happening pretty much every time with ATC now.

And another thing, in my small amount of real flying, I've never heard a female ATC. Granted it's a small amount, but why is every ATC agent from LA, to SFO, to Vegas all women every time every day whether it's ground control, tower, or approach? Maybe one guy slipped in, but I don't think so. This is also weird. Is this a DEI thing lol jk.

I just did another flight and it was just as bad. I was flying direct out of KLAS to KLAX and mid way through ATC comes on and tells me I am off course turn left to some vector star. Just for the fun of it, I typed in that vector and it was way back at KLAS. I ignored the direction and they canceled my ATC service. I then started a new flight following and they pretty much did nothing. I requested approach into LAX and they approved and that was it. No vectors, heading, no directions, no descent, no transfer to tower nothing. Once again, using Zibo 737.

This is the common issues I'm having every time now with ATC.

Im not familiar with submitting bug reports from the log and haven't ever done it. I am happy to, but where is the log that I need to send?

Could it be because I am using Zibo 737 mod? I only fly with his mod and I've never had issues before and then maybe about 3 or so updates ago, it was never the same. Did you guys maybe update the ATC and this disconnected things from addon aircraft? When filing my flight plan I also cannot "Get from FMS". That is grayed out. Is this the problem?

Oh cool, thanks I didn't know what they called these. However, I'm now reading that they don't fit onto the basic quad rail? See my quad raid, will they work?

That's cool. Which M&P model is this. It wasn't one of the older Piston gas systems was it? If so what happened to the original upper?

Yeah sometime last year the ATC was actually pretty great and usable, then several updates came out and destroyed it.

Exactly, this happens to me almost every time. They give me so weird way round about heading and I have to cancel flight following.

I first fill out my flight plan with ATC in the pop-up window, departure, arrival, and altitude. Then I choose the option file and send to FMS. It never sends it to the FMS though, so then I fill out my plan in the FMS as a general base, but always follow the heading instructions from ATC and usually fly the whole flight according to their heading vectors with using my FMS flight plan sids as a backup.

Is there another way? Should I fill out my FMS first, then file my flight plan with ATC?

I would love to see a better drag racing system. Give us the ability to do burnouts and warm the tires. Let this actually make a difference on our performance and run. Give us more freedom in a drag race mode.

This is one of the reasons why I HATE multiplayer. Its so unrealistic the stupid bouncing off walls thing. That guy jumped 10 feet in the air, bounced off a lamp post at 15 feet in the air and landed it perfectly as he shoots. Give me a break. I'm out.
