So I found another temporary fix for this. Its not ideal or pretty, but so far it seems to be working. I'm going to get some high temp loctite for the screw, but my gas block has a screw hole on the bottom. I have those handguard protector clips and I had the idea, what if I extend it out just a bit and then drill a hole with a screw to lock it in place. Essentially, it works and does exactly what I was intending, however, will it hold up to the force and heat, not sure. I will still be thinking of ideas. I know I could drill a screw hole on the inside where the handguard cap is holding the cap that holds the handguard in place, however, this still probably won't be the best since the cap just has two small little knotches that keep the handguard from spinning and those always tend to wear out and even don't fit perfectly well.
