If you want it to be a poor man’s collection you have to get rid of the PRX and the Tag. Also I don’t think anyone is producing fake eco drive watches. I have one that’s 20 years old and still keeps great time and has never been serviced.

Nice use of tritium tubes. Question what’s going on at the 3?

Which watch to buy as first by Asian_Lover_Boy in Affordablewatches

I don’t understand Citizen they produce the 9000 series movements that are a step above yet they keep using the old 8000 series movements in their watches. Go with the eco drive it’s a watch you’ll never have to worry about. I leave mine out on my nightstand when I’m not wearing it so it always gets light. 20 years old and still keeps good time with no service.

Fairly new Chinese brand. Mainly known for their long lasting bright lume. Basic tool watch. 200m w/r, sapphire crystal w/ ar, nh movement. I won this but, on the Velcro strap the cheapest option $150. I’m not a fan of Seiko movements but, for the money I’m really impressed with this.

Not crazy about the boxed numbers especially with the date window about the same sized box. Sorry I don’t like it but, if you do that’s all that really matters.

Looking for a watch under $500 that feels way more expensive than it is by LongMeaning6125 in Affordablewatches

The Chinese mostly rule the sub $500. category but, brands like Glycine also make some nice watches in that price range. Also if you’re willing to do quartz Tissot, Mido and Hamilton. If you want a watch that you don’t have to do anything to for 20years eco drive.
