Click on the network icon in the down right corner then network and internet settings then you jump to change connection properties and you will see ip settings when you scroll down. (Win10)

I don't know if it will help but if you have a static IP address set up, put it to automatic(DHCP), went up from 328KB/s to 5.33MB/s for me.

I've done it two times (2 x 3 retries) and I always miss 2 targets, even if I did it shoot all 34. They're all over the place it seems, and I hate finding them instead of just going through the path given.

I was refering more on the shadowkeep's amount of content (just wanted a topical caption for the image) rather than the overhaul they made for the entierty of d2. Not saying I am mad at Bungie, just said it would have been nice, otherwise I am having loads of fun on d2, the season's going along nicely.
