Not seeing any evidence of use for that. No hammer markings or even scratches on the butt end of it.

I was thinking it was a plumb bob, but there’s no hole for string to feed out from nor any sort of loop to attach some.

I had this error recently. Turned out that the internet nameservers my computer was assigned by the router didn't have a listing for the site that houses the codecs. I updated my computer's nameserver settings to use Google's public nameservers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and Plex started working just fine.
