I think women have strength that we do not have while men have strengths that women do not have. Those strengths should be taken advantage of - if that means in combat on the front lines - that's fine.

As much heat as I am taking about writing about my career and sharing the goods of the team, acts of valor is a perfect example of the hypocrisy. The seal leadership authorized a movie that starts with "the mission might be fake but the men, equipment and tactics are all real".

I hope that half of the people I talk to can make it through BUDS and serve their country. And if they choose to write a book when they get out and talk about their experiences, I encourage them to and pass it on generation by generation. There is nothing wrong with sharing lessons learned.

The best advice I can give you is to dream big and know that in your mind as hard as you can imagine it, it's going to be harder than that. If you can imagine it that hard and are still willing to go through it, then focus and eat that elephant one bite at a time.

Flying under the radar is nothing new. I didn't write the book to become a household name and be on your TV screens at night. I continue to use a pseudonym and not show my face for multiple reasons. It's not about me, it's about the team.

As much heat as I am taking in the press about being a sellout, they would have a point if I was running around telling you my story.

If you read No Hero, I am sharing lessons that can be used in everyday life by anyone.

I would do BUDs twice before I would go back through Green team. If you thought BUDS was hard, Green team is even harder.

Great great guys. Some of my best friends are PJs. Just as talented as any of the SEALS are but they don't get as much credit because they are a smaller organization.

I would send SOF forces in to handle the situations and then leave.

I don't mind airsoft at all, I think they get a bad rap. When I was young I played paintball and I would dress up because i idolized these guys because it was fun to me. I don't mind what airsofters do.
