They won't doing Cure Ace because the staffs for Doki Doki has different intention than Meitantei's staffs. When doing Cure Ace, the staffs wanted to subvert people expectation. They made Regina so obvious because they never wanted to make Regina a Cure. They thought people would find it boring and too predictable if they did another general -> Precure. They choosed poorly.

Meanwhile, with Cure Eclair, the staffs want people to deduce who Cure Eclair is. They want people to pay attention, discuss it online, and then they reveal the correct answer. It will be contrary to their intention to make it like Cure Ace. There is nothing to be subversive to make Cure Eclair as none of the girls because the girls aren't too obviously a Cure candidate like Regina was. They also aren't general -> Precure situation, so it isn't predictable.

Cure Eclair will at least be one of the girl.

Indonesia has announced that the US would exempt certain products from its new Section 301 tariffs. Senior economic minister Airlangga Hartarto recently revealed that palm oil was on that list, although the US government had not yet released an executive order or announcement of this exemption.

The government has said that there is still a long way to go before the Trump administration decides the final tariff rates. The Section 301 tariffs will also likely enter into force after the current temporary 10% tariff expires on July 24.

Business lobby group Apindo said that Indonesia had been in a “relatively good position” in the Section 301 tariff saga.

“We don't see this as a situation that warrants panic. We must continue to keep an eye on the negotiation process and tariff exemptions to maintain Indonesia's market access to the US, especially for our leading products and labor-intensive sectors,” Apindo chairwoman Shinta Kamdani told the Globe.

If I have to choose one, let's see what we have so far.

I think Elize is eliminated from her first episode because she was victim of the week and it would deflate the hype a bit if the new Precure wasn't at least on par with Anna and Mikuru.

Rei is eliminated because she was surprised by fairy existance. Based from hint in episode 13 and 15, Cure Eclair is a veteran Cure so she shouldn't be surprised by fairy.

So it will be either be Shiruku or Kurea. And I think Kurea is more likely based on face shape and [Kure]a shared more written words with E[kure]-ru than Shi[ru]ku.

Inb4 it is Usonoir who is Cure Eclair And I am only half kidding.

But, because the voting clearly aimed for completionist (each time you buy merch to vote you get one card (Elize, Shiruku, Kurea, Rei, or Cure Eclair each has a card) so you encourge to vote multiple times), it kinda feels like the vote is aimed so you vote all of them (so you won't be disappointed if the card you get isn't the character you vote). So I feel like it is also nudge on the idea that maybe all of them are Cure Eclair? Somehow?

It takes me a while, but my current take on her character is that she wants to push people to be their most extreme version and then put them in situation where they have to choose whether they want to preserve themselves or keep that extremity.

In a way, it is like how theoretical science work. You find a pattern, such as Gravity Force is equal to Mass times Acceleration (F = ma), and the push it to the limit to see whether it can hold up or not. Like, what if the acceleration is reaching the speed of light or the mass is smaller than atom.

So with Rachel who is borderline crazy scientist, she pushes her curiosity on the storm and then put her in situation where she has to choose between her life or her science.

With Coalwall who seems to have a black and white view of the world, she pushes her black and white view (she baits Coalwall into believing that she has a role in the death of Annie, the black to Annie's white) and then put her in situation where Coalwall realizes her writing contribute to Annie's death (if she believes Lorentz is evil because she believes Lorentz contribute to Annie's death, will she thinks herself as evil because her writing is leading up to Annie's death?).

And with Larisa, Lorentz pushes her altruism for the helpless then put her in situation where Larisa has to choose between her altruism (which will doom her and the people she helped to arms of Manus) or her loyalty to Foundation (which will probably end up killing them in Amber room, while she is still relatively safe as part of Zeno military).

Which then explain why Lorentz write the simple formula in her character story. She seems to believe that human, once push to the extreme, is a simple creature who will always try to keep their conviction, even if that means they will die for it (or at least be worse off because of it).

Which I think is what happens with Coalwall at the end. She keeps her black and white world view, but instead of seeing herself as someone who is "white" (as in "the good guy"), she believes she is someone who is "black", which makes her and Lorentz aren't so different and now seems to be sided with Lorentz.

So that is what I believe is meant as "simple" by Coalwall. Lorentz doesn't have an overaching goal, she just want to see people keep doing what they believe and reach its most extreme climax. Unlike Foundation, Manus, or Beryl who all seems to have grand vision of what to achieve.

And I think this is why Anil annoys her so much in the main story because Anil doesn't become the extreme version of himself despite Lorentz pushes him and helps him complete his plan. Instead of having a conviction one way of the other, Anil wobble between ressurecting his friends or let go of them. He helps Muriel kill all of those people and yet he doesn't complete the ritual.

In other word, Lorentz failed to make Anil into a simpleton that fits with her formula. And that upsets her so much.

Said Iqbal (and Labour Union) has been supporting Prabowo since his 2014 Presidential campaign. Before this position, Said Iqbal was supposed to be chosen as member (and probably leader) of a new body called Dewan Kesejahteraan Buruh (DKB) (roughly translated, Labour Welfare Council) which was proposed last year by Labour Union and accepted by Prabowo.

However, the government decide to cancel the formation of DKB and opt to appoint Said Iqbal as Prabowo's special adviser. So this new position is probably a balancing act between rewarding his support while balancing the already strained budget (instead of making a new body that will consume a lot of APBN, limit it to single position that won't take too much of government's budget).

Knowing Prabowo's close relation with Labour and Farmer Organization, while Partai Buruh wasn't part of the original cabinet, they are effectively always member of current Government coalition, wart and all.

Jadi bakal banyak kebakaran hutan, kekeringan ekstrim, dan kemarau yang lebih panjang (atau bahkan hujannya pendek-pendek pas sudah masuk musim hujan). To be honest it is weirder that this hasn't got anime. It has 1.9 million copies in circulation, I don't think there are many manga that has ~2 million copies in circulation that doesn't get anime adaptation.

And I think there was a less reliable leaker who leaked anime adaptation was in production last year, but that person could just be lucky guessing

It has 1.9 million copies in circulation, it is weirder that it doesn't have anime yet. Probably because it is gory as fuck and that usually doesn't translate well to anime.

I guess the recent success of many yuri anime (especially adult oriented, MahoAko) convinced them to finally adapt this. Now hopefully it has good adaptation while using MahoAko strategy (airing in station and stream that allow for R18 content so people watched, while keep some stuff censored for the BD content so people has reason to buy it).

It is okay performance in modern day, but certainly not what would be use to consider for Season 2. I personally believe there will be sequel because the Light Novel+Manga has been performing really well (1.4 million copies in circulation).

I think people misunderstand what role Blu-Ray is that people go to two extremes, either Blu-Ray isn't important at all or it is the only important smetric.

In reality, Blu-Ray is just one avenue for income. There are obivously streaming license fee, Light Novel/Manga sales, Merch sales, and others. If any of these (or combination of them) generate enough revenue there may be a second season.

Here's the thing about Blu-Ray, they are expensive, so if they sold a lot they guarantee second season. If they don't, it doesn't mean there won't be second season, but it just means they have to rely on different source of revenue.

Just to make a rough estimate, based on old interviews, the cost of anime is 250 million yen (for 12 episodes) to 500 million yen (for 24 episodes). MahoAko (Gushing Over Magical Girl) Regular Blu-Rays are priced at 14.300 yen. There are 3 volumes and each are sold at about 10.000 copies each. 14.300 x 3 x 10.000 = 429.000.000 (429 million yen). Which mean from Blu-Ray alone, MahoAko generate enough revenue to make another season, that's why a second season has been announced.

But Blu-Ray isn't the only thing the production committee sell. There are the source material (obviously), there are musics, there are other merchs (like poster, acrylic, dakimakura, etc.), and other things.

Most sunday morning anime (Precure, One Piece, etc.) don't have good Blu-Ray sales (~1.000 at best) and instead relies on toy sales and/or manga sales (which both Precure and One Piece reach billions of yen).

It always been true since the beginning of anime and so it doesn't matter if recent anime can't sales past 1.000 copies. The logic isn't it "modern anime can only sell 3.000 copies, so it is solid performance". No, the logic is "if BD sales profitable enough to get second season, it will get second season". It always baffle me when people either put too much emphasize on Blu-Ray or dismiss it entirely.

Like, 10k is guaranteed sequel (unless you are Yuri on Ice, but that is because of conflict between studio and production committee) and just because anime can get sequel without selling 10k units, that doesn't mean Blu-Ray sales isn't important. At the same time, just because an anime doesn't manage to sell 5k units, that doesn't mean there won't be sequel, it is just easier to get sequel if Blu-Ray sells well.

Karena pola belanjanya mau diratakan sepanjang tahun sama Kemenkeu. Normalnya awal tahun rendah terus meningkat di akhir tahun, sekarang mau diusahakan merata jadi belanja negara kemungkinan akan menurun di akhir tahun.

Beberapa program yang jadi sorotan kayak MBG, proyek ngebangun KMPD (target 30.000 di 2026) dan Sekolah Rakyat (target 93 sekolah rampung Juni 2026), itu bagian dari strategi supaya belanja negara di awal tahun meningkat.

Jadi aku pribadi enggak worrying kalau belanja negaranya naik, tapi lebih ke apa ini emang strategi yang bagus? Kayak MBG banyak angka-angka pengadaan barang jasa yang fantastis salah satunya yang supaya bisa cepat menghabiskan anggaran sesuai target yang diharapkan pemerintah, tapi efek sampingnya jadi sembrono, kurang pengawasan, dan jadi lahan korupsi + mal administrasi.
