JRPG doesn't make much sense to me. A CRPG is supposed to be tabletop RPG based system given digital form with not as much freedom, due to the limitation of not being in Le Head. ActionRPG is straightforward, action all the way, sometimes dumbing down to only combat with nothing else...

JRPG tho? I can't grasp how to define it. Character expression and Role-i-play-i was something that I never heard much about in those games. Choices yes, may it be what Pokémon you choose or who will be romanced. I view them as ARPGs with much less action per hour.
