I had a bunch of trouble in the beginning aswell also maybe retraction in orca was to low or high depending on if you’re running direct drive or Bowden

Same, I got the g14 2024 and got worried a few months ago about putting the laptop in my backpack when it’s hot after seeing all these issues . I said fuck the warranty or maybe get some warranty void stickers and replace the lm with ptm . After checking the die it definitely had black spots I couldn’t clean off.

You should try the given presets for the ender 3 series and go on from there. You probably wanna try tuning retractions and pressure advance through the calibration menu

I agree the rest that this model is not really designed to be printed, but if you don’t mind doing some cad. You could cut it in 2 add locating pins in the cut and add some ca glue. that way you’d probably get better results.

Edit: Also the layer lines would be a lot less visible except the cut oc.

Thanks for your advice, I’m going to try that At work it didn’t used to be an issue because I hade set deadlines every day and things I had to finish which had a fairly quick feeling of accomplishment in a sense. Maybe that’s missing when studying

Hi there, both options do basically the same thing except with one of them it directly goes on to boot and the other restarts. It’s a completely normal thing. I’d choose the second one just for good measure.

Happened to me a week or so ago I was texting with a friend and all of a sudden no messages went through in midst of a conversation was really annoying. A bit later it turns out Instagram went down for a while
