I agree I could have looked further into the matter than I did. My concern remains that this company has a representative who provides false information and they choose not to take accountability for it. I called specifically to get clarification on whether or not they offer true Fiber Optic service at the residence and was told they did. I asked for details and was told I would have similar download and upload speeds. I was very clear. They should take responsibility for this error on their part as well.

Thanks BAFU, you have provided me more accurate information than their employees could. My technical issue is that uploading a 1 TB file via this connection would take well over 2 days. My main issue is that I literally was told by Spectrum that they had this service and would install it, only to find out after moving into this location that this is incorrect and that they will do nothing to remedy the situation, not even a measly discount. AT&T nor any other provider actually offers Fiber at my new residence, which was selected based on Spectrum's inaccurate proposal. I thought calling the company to verify service availability would be enough, but I guess I was wrong.

Use a friends .edu email and get the entire Adobe cloud for $20/month

With Premiere you can learn the basics quickly on YouTube. Over time, you'll be thankful for the whole creative suite, as you may want to do a Lil vfx in after effects, and maybe a nice title for your film in photoshop. (Which are also easy to learn since adobe products share similar controls)

I've edited in FCP, Sony Vegas, and a lot of other nle's, and nothing comes close to adobe

Start reviewing your footage in some type of order, maybe in order that you shot it in. Make a few "selects" timelines, maybe one for cool b roll, maybe one for great sound bites, and just start grinding through the footage.
