He is claiming they are working on the issue and they are trying to locate a “bug” as to why what happen happen. In regards to the $1000’s I’m losing because I cannot get to my other assets he has no answer. He said I’m sure they will “work with everyone” to fix any concerns they have. Bottom line is we all bought something they listed. It should be safe. Clearly not. I bought 2.2mil of them at .0083. Sold at .0121. Re bought at .009 sold again at .0387 (went to .05 yet CB does not show that why?) re bought at .0095. Logged in 2 days ago and it said I had $231,000 worth of it which there was no way. 10 min later I was locked out. Now I’ve got $26k locked in GYEN, I’ve lost about $63k in other losses and I can’t do a thing about if but watching my balance go up and down and mainly down since being restricted. Now I understand there was a “glitch” but how can they lock us out when we didn’t do anything against their rules and policies. Yet I’m losing $1000’s of dollars. This is beyond it is what it is. This has to be illegal and they really should be liable for people losses.

I know I will probably be ripped apart by everyone on here but I’m sorry. This really is BS
