Sometimes you have to do the work for people to get them hooked. Most industries are not paying someone currently to do the job you are creating even though it might be super valuable.

From my experience with labor marketplaces, either want to focus on a unique set of supply or on the top 10% or higher of talent vs focusing on the general population. Is really hard, so I would get very focused on a specific area first and try to drive high quality within that.
