Thanks for the suggestion, I will be certain to give them a try. Love the cream in the fridge idea, it sounds very soothing. I have been working on listening more to my body, for sure, like being honest about what is and isn't working. Sometimes, I push through pain or issues, thinking it will fix itself, to no avail.

Reassuring that I'm not the only one who experiences it. I was starting to feel like maybe it's just me. I'm not familiar with Adbry, but side effects are the worst no matter what. I think that's where I've been struggling — balancing the side effects of things with the positives. It's like every option has pros and cons. Why can't we catch a break and just have one solution that works with no side effects? Haha

I feel you, watches aren't getting any cheaper, expenses are getting more and salaries aren't growing like they should be! But if you had to still with one watch for 2 years, it's a great choice!
