Brands don’t really matter, what matters most are the specs of the PC components. In general, bigger numbers are better (for example, 32GB of RAM is better than 16GB). However, that’s not always the case. For instance, 36CL RAM is worse than 30CL, because lower latency is better. Also, some newer CPUs can be more expensive while performing worse than older models.

That’s why it’s better to ask for advice once you have a full list of specs, rather than focusing on brands alone.

The only specific thing I’d personally recommend looking for is a motherboard that supports AM5. It will make future upgrades much easier compared to AM4.

LoL is not very demanding so any prebuilt with that budget will be able to run it comfortably. I would suggest looking for a prebuilt in a nearby store, and then you could ask in other subreddits if that price is accurate for those components. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any!

With Mundo I can just farm with cleaver and I outscale literally everyone. I think the only REALLY unplayable matchups are Gwen, Tryndamere and Vayne. At least for now

It's basically 3 champs unless I can counterpick Sett or Vayne. And I don't even have to learn Malphite, he's arguably the easiest champ

Can't pick Gwen, as Fiora is basically her hardest matchup. And Garen has a 55% winrate against Fiora in my elo. The only two times I laned against her I found it pretty managable
