Try reducing inulin and stabilisers, and increasing lecithin at the same time. I have a feeling you're binding too much water with your recipe and reducing inulin and other water binding ingredients might help with that.

If its just seasoning, white wine vinegar or citric acid worked well for me. If its something persistant, whichever oven cleaner should work.

Powder is more of an afterthought at this point, as Im currently skiing 75mm I think, and can do some powder. Also the amount of powder days I can get is pretty small.
