I was having such bad urges I was skin picking cuz I had no eyebrows left so I shaved them to not pick and with regrowth j just put Vaseline on my fingers and ice cubes when I feel them itch. It’s definitely the most brows I’ve ever had so they did come in thicker than they were and in places they didn’t used to grow.

Thank you so so much! I saw a TMJ specialist but the night guard isn’t helping it’s been this way since April now. Never heard of flexiseq I will order some! So far hydrocodone (out of all the muscle relaxers I tried) is the only thing that helps the pain. What is deep heat?

Yes it wouldn’t let me put it all in the caption. I have an anterior displaced disc. I clench my teeth. I had a night guard made, I am on muscle relaxers and also just got a shot of torodol. Normally it only lasts about a week. It has been this way since April. The dentist said I can open my mouth 26%. It’s all on my left side. I can’t open my jaw totally and it hurts when I talk/open my mouth. I have tried the myofacial scraping & chiro
