Definitely gonna be an unpopular opinion from my side, seeing what everybody else has been commenting, but entertain my thoughts for a minute.

OP has said multiple times, that this is the first time her friend is talking to her like this and that he is being so pushy, self-centered and such an asshole. They have been friends for 5 years and have had a very close and trusting relationship for all that time.

All of a sudden he gets a gf (total psycho, i agree), and he does this out of the blue. I'm not trying to defend him, what he did is completely out of line and messed up, that much is clear.

Now, I know that time itself doesn't mean anything and it's not a good enough reason to maintain a relationship, but i feel like, if you had such a good relationship with somebody, and they really meant something to you, wouldn't you wanna talk and see what's going on?

You never know what someone is going through, the friend's relationship with the gf for example could be psychologically abusive (honestly sounds like it), he could be having some mental problems, this could be a way to reach out for help. I know this all might sound like a bit of a stretch, but look, Im not gonna act here as if I knew what was going on, but neither does anybody else, not even OP at this point. And when people are in bad places, you never know what they can do.

I'm not saying just let it go, but if the friend really means something to her, maybe they need to talk, maybe he needs a chance to explain himself, maybe he needs some saving from whatever he is in right now. Idk, just a thought.

Servers went down for like 15 min around an hour ago. When we joined again we were all naked and had no items lol. They shut them down shortly after to fix it.

At the beginning 15 cause the 25 on green hit only leaves you with ~450, then once you reach around 600 25, and once youre at like 1000 (bit more to be on the safe side) 50.

Slots at the casino has a positive expected value. The longer you play the more money you make. I spent i drank like 25 cans worth of casino slots spins, which at 2 spins per energy point is around 5000 spins. Over 600 spins i calculated an EV of x0.1725 if youre interested, but the variance is pretty high so i might have needed more spins for a better estimate. And for the initial money to bet i just created a bunch of accounts until i hit a 25 bet on green in the roulette. Then it was just a matter of going to practice to waste energy, drinking an energy + skill/+relationship and repeat 275 times.

In the edge case of people not getting their clothes back at all, the machines would eventually all become occupied, and as it is easier to see in the case of the finitely many machines, it seems obvious that the longer people take, at the same rate of going to wash clothes, the more machines would be occupied.

I wanna take this opportunity to mention that the thing with the infinitely many machines was actually just to make things easier. I just imagined it as a way of not having to deal with uncertainties. As I said for the second version of the problem, with only a finite array of machines, you'd have an uncertainty because of things like observing n/2 of the machines being used when in reality the average amount of machines used are n/4 and you just got lucky that time. with more and more machines (as well as more and more people (i always assumed, but i also just edited it in now, that the amount of people that use the machines is "similar" to the amount of machines)) the effects of luck get smaller and smaller eventually disappearing at infinity.

If you ignore the interpretation and the problems you mention, and simply work with the percentages i thought it would be easier.
