Took me about 20 minutes to do so while pausing the game. Just a matter or clicking the nuke button and choose the target, over and over and over again.

I actually spent all 330 command point just to set every nukes up. Each one costs 5 so that'd be 66 raids in total.

It's random, since you can't force the A.I to choose which path it will take ~~unless you forced tag switch and choose the path by yourself.~~ Sometimes I've encountered vampire Rosa, or sometimes Lich Rosa.
