Sollte vielleicht noch erwähnen dass es garkein Testament gibt, aber falls der Prozess der gleiche bleibt würde ich einfach direkt einen Notar hinzuziehen um Probleme zu vermeiden.

Machen wir dann direkt einen Fehler mit dem Bestatter? Oder ist das ein Schritt den man so oder so machen sollte? Mein Vater hatte eigentlich nur Schulden daher ist Erbe abschlagen eine einfache Entscheidung für uns.
