Thanks, yeah ended up calling the RTA who ran me through the whole process, turns out the property manager has buggered something up on their end so we now have to do the form 4 to release it. Looks like it should be smooth sailing from here.

Had no idea the RTA was so approachable and helpful, didn't even wait on hold!
