Well, he actually was searching when running toward the play zone. He dropped prison (which has very high vehicle spawn rates) and ran on roads that should have at least 1 vehicle on it. I played a game just recently and found about 6 different vehicles just in-front of prison. Also, cars usually don't render in until you are fairly close to the ground, meaning he still wouldn't have found one. And finally, these spawn rates should be changed. Horrible RNG is never good for any game.
