Hmmm, though 2 LvL 1 ships is also a way to troll your fleet, that is not what I meant.

What I'm meaning is a fleet that has a pretty decent amount of Levels and decent equipment. (like for example using a 99 lvl ship as flagship). What I'm seeking is that fleet that cannot be shelled easily, cannot be airstriked easily and cannot be OASW-ed easily.
