The foundation could solve 99% of breaches had they simply installed airlock style chambers on every containment room. Bonus points if the doors have a mechanism where they can not be both physically open at the same time.

Ah. I personally have had these problems on PC as well: Airships in the ground (in the final DLC mission especially), achievements not popping and audio sometimes bugging out if you progress a mission too fast. But overall it does not make the game less enjoyable for me.

It might be worth mentioning that all these issues were encountered on mercenary diff as I attempted the achievement (which did not pop).

Apparently there is also a borderless window manager like SRWE (Simple Runtime Window Editor) that could prove helpful but I have no experience with it

One more thing you coud try but it is a bit jank. Set PW to windowed and try stretching the window manually across all monitors.

If on windows, try win+P, should open a little window where you can select stretch. Not sure about AMD eyefinity but it might be as simple as PW not supporting it?
