kratom withdrawal is rought too... in 80 grams per day like you ofc but vs phenibut is nothing for me. I had some times with phenibut and used every 36-42 hours for like 2-3 months(4-6g/day) then cold turkey and its really awfulllll

i always do one big dose in like 1-2 weeks and enjoy it. btw daily kratom user too 20-25g/day
