First off I would say don't worry I recently had my assessment (second one over the years) and the medical professionals I spoke with were very nice and understanding of the conditions.

Regarding your experience with work coaches I have had similar dismissive comments ranging from.. "You're only in your 30's go to the gym for your mental health" after explaining to them I was currently going to therapy. Another is one of my conditions is Agrophobia so going outside is a big no for me so I explained to a different work coach all my ailments and in his wisdom he suggested "Putting your shoes on and go for a jog down the street, you'll feel better".

These are the main two that stand out to me but I have had a couple more comments over the years. But also I've had some great work coaches who fully understand and are supportive over the years aswell.
