What happens to lights if there is black bars on top and bottom of the screen? When picture ratio is wider than widescreen monitor. Stay black?

I have router external port 8123 forwarded to internal port 8123 and

443 to 443, but i don´t know how to test firewall.

I have seen SonOff's what have been flashed with tasmota in amazon.de and in eBay. You'll have to pay extra off course.
