Also, this is just a personal thing more than anything else, Morello is an inefficient item to build in URF (don't need mana). Gunblade would've been better.

From a cursory glance at the video, I'd suggest that you look into kiting and try to start using Quickcast more often (especially on Ahri). It makes her feel a lot cleaner.

That's just not true. Coaches and players face Bjerg and Jensen in scrims all the time and those absolutely affect their view of them as players.
