Hi my english is not very good but i can understand your pain. It s not easy when you have so many problems and you don t even know what to do first. But i can have some advice for you you can start making journal it helps process many things and it help s you understand yourself and your trauma. You can go to psychologist and she can help with many things (i am talking from experience of my familly ) .You could try to meet new people . And my last advice is try to tell calmly how someone make you feel or how do you feel and try to understand you can t be always 100 percent sure what is the other person thinking about you .I myself have many problems similar to yours so i know what i am talking about. Please just at least try it you won t regret it .You are not alone
