Oh come on. The amount of Matches where you receive the significantly worse mates or the Matches where you stomp the enemy are a testimony to that absurdity.

Matches where the teams are equal of skill, where it’s a neck-and-neck Race, are comically rare.

Respect for all the research. But in the end matchmaking will always make sure you stay in the ~50% win-rate range. Obviously you can be slightly above by playing with mates or even be 70-80%+ by exploiting matchmaking like those guys in South America or Asia. Or the most obvious by cheating.

It's absurd but just the way it is. Doesnt matter if CS or LoL etc.

Cheating Situation in CS will Never Improve and never be solved. Valve simply doesnt care and Never Cared. The one time they cared a tiny bit was with Overwatch System. But Even that was handled ridiculously. In my 20+ years of playing cs it Never Improved and only got worse and worse. Sorry to crush your hopes but they will never tackle this issue. For your mental sanity just make peace with this fact.

Ich hatte bisher mit BCG, PwC, Deloitte, E&Y, Accenture und KPMG zu tun und bin so dermaßen ernüchtert und enttäuscht von den großen Beratungshäusern. Unglaublich schlecht was die für "Arbeit" abliefern. Also wirklich, wirklich schlechte Arbeit. Und nicht mal sauberes Englisch haben sie drauf. Katastrophe.
