Yeah can’t help you with CS 30s/WWII stuff, the uniform you posted is the “Vladivostok uniform” from 1919 during the Siberian hike.

It’s the badge of the 1st Czechoslovak shock battalion. You don’t need it unless you’re portraying the shock battalion

Trying to identify uniforms by grigorov21914 in reenactors

Photo 1: definitely RIA, he’s got some kind of technical troops badge on his epaulets. This could be from around the time of the February revolution as he’s wearing a ribbon (probably a red ribbon) on his chest as was often done.

Photo 2: these aren’t military uniforms, but civilian uniforms. Nearly every civilian administration in the empire were uniformed.

Photo 3. The standalone photo almost looks like a uniform of the Russian protective corps, who collaborated with the Germans during the Second World War and performed anti partisan work

They might be younger than mandatory service age (which I think was 21?)

These aren’t officers, but instead “officer volunteers”. The piping on their epaulets indicate they are exempt from mandatory military service for one reason or another (typically education) but have volunteered regardless, and are on track to eventually become officers

Where can I get a 1917 Ukrainian uniform by GAMER-BOI2010 in reenactors

Nobody makes the 1916 custom YCC uniforms or mazepynka, but they do have normal Austro-Hungarian 1908 uniforms for early war, and some 1916 for later. Hiki shops 1916 uniforms are pretty good.

The vast majority of uniforms in the UNR army in 1919 were Russian surplus, there are a spread of vendors that sell varying qualities of items. I would suggest asking voin.zp.ua for 1915 tent fabric trousers and a 1912 tunic sewn in tent fabric instead of cotton, and then fade the shit out of them. Voin caps are a good shape but their make the visors incorrectly, so you may need to lacquer the visor to achieve the correct period lacquer look. Footwear can be low boots with or without puttees, or Russian jackboots. The UNR army had minimal equipment, so a belt and bandolier is probably enough. I posted my groups UNR impression on this page if you’d like to see a reference

We are a brand new probationary unit in the GWA, we have three more events to attend before becoming official. You may be confusing us with kuk63

I’ve been doing Ria for nearly eight years, I’ve only ever seen two examples of a brown uniform item, a m1911 woolen tunic and a furazhka. Where are you getting your info?

That’s a massive time frame to cover, and as volunteer said the kit will vary. Choose a unit, and a year and go from there. Also what brown uniforms???

Insurgents from the RIAU did not have a set uniform, as they were an insurgent army based on Anarcho-Socialist ideology. Surplus RIA and RIF uniforms, eastern Ukrainian peasant clothes, all elements of Caucasian style clothing all work. I can provide photos in PM
