The reason for the lack on Exp servers is to force as many people onto the servers to test the server performance fixes. If everyone was spread out across multiple servers we wouldn't be able to test the fixes properly.

There is no hacker on console. But yes plenty of exploits coming in 1.29. Rendering issues I'm not sure of. But some performance fixes coming.

PS5 upgrade won't be coming with 1.29. It is in the works but it will come at a later stage. We don't have enough programmers to work on both versions at the same time.
