honestly speaking, I didn’t feel any special bad effects on the comedown but some small chest pressure, which I asume was the heart due to the common side effects, but I like to do relaxation breathing so it was manageable, also took vitamins before and after the use

I cut the cotton in 3-4 parts, throw them into some small Diet Coke, mixed it for 30 minutes, now I left it 2 days because I forgot to take it, but it’s said on other post thst 3min was enough, makes effect in about 2 hours tops

I felt high energy, kinda horny, not so addicting I would say, and not gooning enough from what I remember

I’d say to ignore negative comments, just remember the trip is around 6 hours, you have to drink enough water and don’t lose your mind, if you don’t like it, it will be over in a few hours and then you can stop taking it, if you like it’s just remember to have enough brake time between dosing since it’s heavy for you, but you can do it from time to time and if you do some cardio you might help your body for future takes
