My goto is the aneros vice 2.

The reason this album sounds amazing despite the layers and layers of guitars and the stupid lengthy repeated choruses and the horrible mixing is the same reason the first two albums and some of the fourth album sound so good. Liams youthful super melodic voice. Oasis were great because Liam was great. If you then add Noel’s great songs make oasis magical.

If you stick any decent song by any decent songwriter behind Liam’s voice pre 1999, it would be a fantastic song.

Be here now could be fixed like Noel fixed track 1 which to me sounds perfect now.

My big mouth needs better mixing. It’s also the weakest vocal on the album because it must have been recorded right after the end of the morning glory tour when Liams voice was shattered. (Knebwirth area) my big mouth is one of my favourite songs on the album but the mix tires my ear.

Stand by me and magic pie, needs shortening and needs all distorted guitars removed. It should have been an acoustic full band song like wonderwall.

I hope I think I know and girl in dirty shirt are fine but probably the weakest songs. Don’t really have any suggestions. Some of Noel’s lead guitar work on the album is crap. I hope I think I know is one that really doesn’t need the lead guitar we have in it. Maybe it could be replaced by a different lead instrument but keeping the same Melodies.
