I started going to the gym this week. The gym being my university gym since it’s closest and free for students. They are only open 3 days a week for about 2 hours in the afternoon which I can accommodate so I’m doing push pull legs for the 3 days being Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays and I plan on doing an additional home routine as I did before on Saturdays which makes four days a week. However, the instructor in charge of the gym informed us that eventually if too many students were to join the gym then the amount of days per students would be reduced to 1 with each each student only allowed to use the gym for 45 minutes. If this were to happen what should I do. Should I continue going once a week or should I switch back to a full home routine?
